It is Totally fake company.

The company is overall fake, I think that the company does not exists only, they'll ask money from the new joiners for some course, that too huge amount, and will ghost them once they pay the money

Great amount of transparency in your role for an intern and a lot of autonomy over projects. You receive the chance to feel like a full-time employee. Your ideas and respected and considered as worthwhile. A wonderful internship for those considering HR or Consulting work. Management is accommodating and easily accessed. 10/10!

Minpunten

No cons here. This a great opportunity to see if you can handle full-time work in a growing industry and manage your own projects.

- Good out of college job - Travel - Freedom and flexibility

- Completely disorganized, there is no defined structure inside the company, no clarity within roles - Missing leadership, lack of (actual) managers and people who can lead - Little to no space for career growth and development, as in you reach the highest you can get within a short period of time - Underpaid for what the consulting market is
