It's a very, very toxic environment due to bad management. You should never expect to grow within the company. They will always bring new staff who you need to train, so that they can supervise you, instead of promoting you. The DEI culture is more and more lacking at the management level. The data in the ERP system is broken. During the same year, the CFO got fired, the AP manager quit, the Revenue Manager quit, the Director of Accounting quit, the Controller quit, the assistant controller quit, the FP&A director quit, and the Tax Director quit. That happens simply because the company doesn't care about Career Opportunities. Other people from other departments also quit. It's basically a company that no one wants. The stress became normal daily. Consider your mental health before going there.
