- Contractor friendly company, a big Con for full time employee -No count of Employees word -Expensive insurance, no exciting benefits - quite common -Management is always busy, no time to listen employees, there have been time personally where I went for something urgent and manager told he can not talk as of now and said will talk in one on one. -Mid management/ Manager will repeat same topics again and again in One on One/Team meeting etc which has been communicated via email or senior leadership, may be just to consume time of actual meeting. -At times felt like manager has no say (no power) and always use to behave as if nothing in his hands. -Some of the senior managers will not even respond to your Hi or Good Morning and will ignore like anything. - No Appreciation/credit to employees, for any bigger project go live or occasions only managers are invited for appreciation parties and employees who actually put everything are ignored like anything. - Old Employees who have spent 25 , 15 more than 10 years were laid off to reduce cost and Contractors were still kept who are really paid well.
