VR acima da média do mercado, bom plano de saúde e odontológico, gympass, convênio c/ plano de saúde pet, flexibilidade de horário, ambiente respeitoso e agradável, licença maternidade estendida c/ valor bônus depositado no VR, auxílio creche/baba, previdência privada.

Minpunten

PDS com política de meritocracia que causa uma competitividade agressiva entre os funcionário, maioria dos funcionários há 2/3 anos sem aumento real de salário mesmo se saindo bem no PDS, não existe um plano de carreira, next assignment é pra área que tiver vaga e pronto.

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
