I have worked at Metavante for over ten years and am very satisfied with the expertise, teamwork and helpfulness of my co-workers. Before the recent acquisition. I thought Senior Management valued our skills and dedication.

Senior Management has described our recent acquisition as a 'strategic partnership.' They have been dishonest about this from the beginning. A few people will make lots of money because of this, and the rest of us will suffer mightily. 98% of the people at Metavante are very depressed. The quality of work has definitely suffered since the 'strategic partnership' was announced.
