My peers are great people to work with. Immediate management does all they can to promote a good working environment for all employees.

Minpunten

No raises. Little Pay. Over worked. No support. Company rather spend millions in development of applications only to be abandoned instead of investing in their employees. That pushes quality people out the door leaving only the extremely loyal and less qualified to steer the ship around .....however....the ship continues to sink and management only cares about the bottom line to shareholders. Employees don't matter anymore.

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Minpunten

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
