The work is competitive, very team driven. I learned essential skills through my career. The people there are really nice and helpful. They would like to teach you everything and I can learn a lot.

Minpunten

The work is a little boring. Not so interesting and you might feel stressed if you got complaints from clients. There are a lot of work to do, but most of them are quite similar.

Limited mobility, lateral or upward, due to the fact that staff remain in their positions for a long time (several years or more or until retirement).
