Pluspunten

Considering it is a small company the salaries and bonuses are competitive within the industry and Cardiff, there is a comprehensive benefits package and it was great to be part of a socially minded organisation where you could see the difference your job made. I felt supported by the whole team during my time there

Limited opportunities for progression as its a small team and fixed term contracts because of the BID 5 year term.

Responsive and caring, they were always supportive and provided any training or equipment needed. Interest projects and working with the businesses meant that the role is varied Very caring allowing time off when needed. Willing to listen when things needs to change Great managers

Minpunten

Not much progression as nobody leaves because they like working there.
