9yWe regret that this former employee did not provide a more reasonable review of FPT USA. We note that he or she worked at the company for less than a year, and believe that a longer tenure could have resulted in a better understanding of the company and would also have allowed us to remedy the employee’s concerns.
We want all of our diverse employees to succeed. Therefore, we make every effort to ensure our cultural is inclusive and would never permit demeaning language. We encourage our employees to bring forth complaints and we work to make necessary changes when they are brought to our attention. We also regularly train our managers to be sensitive to problematic interactions that could result from cultural or personal differences among diverse staff, or miscommunication in the workplace. In addition, we retain experts inside and outside the company to ensure knowledge of and compliance with all relevant aspects of the law, including especially immigration law as well as wage and hour, labor and equal employment opportunity laws
