Pluspunten
The company combines the heritage of an established organization with the potential of a start-up software company. Things are changing as leadership continues to guide the company toward the top of a highly competitive market. Change can be bumpy at times, but the company is trending up with new hires, new offices, competitive pay and benefits, and new ownership with a strong sense of direction.
Minpunten
As mentioned, change can be rough on some. There's always room for improvement in communicating change across the organization, but the dialogue has opened up considerably over time. Change means an evolving company culture. It's been a little stagnant in the past, but I've noticed efforts to get everyone to participate in building a more meaningful culture beyond group lunches or departmental outings.
