      Pluspunten

      They have a lot of good goals with creating sustainability with farmers and their land. They have a different business model of corporate BOH and local shop front.

      Minpunten

      They have nice ideas for fair wages for suppliers but are fairly tone deaf to their employees on the ground. They enable a lot of middle management abuse to their employees as well.

      You get to work with coffee, learn a lot, meet a lot of amazing people.

      Minpunten

      There have also been moments that make you question fairness and inclusivity from upper management. At times it feels like certain voices are not heard or valued the same, which creates a really uncomfortable environment. Overall, there needs to be more accountability, better communication, and a genuine commitment to supporting all employees equally.
