Pluspunten
Great organisation with a fantastic vision. Some really interesting work that is being done, with some very innovative ideas. People are great to work with and makes working at the Foundation feel like a home. Work life balance can be good if you decide to enforce it.
Minpunten
We have gone through a 2nd bout of redundancies due to inefficient leadership. This has been highlighted in our staff survey on numerous occasions. The first round of redundancies was followed by senior management giving themselves pay increases, while the lower the band of staff were given real time pay cuts over 4 years. Something senior management has failed to recognise at any time when giving cost cutting as their excuse for the redundancies. The organisation does try to do way too much which can lead to staff burning out. There can be a good work life balance here but I've seen staff try to work too hard to fill the gaps left behind by staff because of the high turn over rate. I have seen the organisation turn from a happy vibrant place to work for to a place where people begrudgingly come to work everyday.
