Total hypocrisy and double standards across the board -few opportunities to grow and develop in your career -No transparency on any short term or long term plans for the company -almost no raises or promotions with any consistency -long days during peak season, expected to be in the office while leaders get to work remotely -terrible customer service for customers, also terrible for employees -middle management micro manages and doesn’t help employees develop -zero effort to improve the public perception of the company’s image, continued low quality product at higher prices
