Cool co workers, get to take truck home.
Minpunten
Nearly everything outside of getting licensed is a challenge. The company is heavily micromanaged, and management often resorts to berating employees rather than supporting them. Pay is among the lowest in the industry, and the workload makes it extremely difficult to take legally required breaks. There’s a pattern of dishonesty from leadership, and cost-cutting decisions like removing essential products that improve safety during wasp treatments put technicians at risk.
Nepotism is a serious issue, with office staff often exempt from the rules strictly enforced on field employees. Upper management, especially Daniel and Gary, show little regard for the well-being of their technicians, often prioritizing their own financial gain and vacations while criticizing techs for taking even a single day off. Policies are applied inconsistently, depending on what benefits management at the time, and accountability is often pushed onto the techs.
Unless you’re there just to get your licensing, don’t expect much support. Once you’re certified, you’re largely left on your own. This company is not built to help you grow just to keep you grinding.
