Several have said and felt the same way The pay is ok, it’s competitive at best, ask for more they have the funding and can afford you Multiple meetings, weekly and even daily which is counter productive. Takes away from daily tasks and work. Need to hire better and qualified managers. People don’t leave jobs, people leave bad management. Bad work life balance. More work, less you.
