-Salary is not as per market standard. -Top level management people need to change their attitude and ego. -Project interview task is pathetic. I have never seen 8hr - 16hr of project interview task in any company. You can't check the ability of employee on this. Straight forward question is that why to keep 8hr of project interview task when an employee is selected in company after clearing 5 rounds. It is like "Directors" have no confidence on project leads who takes the interviews. Isn't it true? -Company is not at all interested to grow.
