Great group of skilled/experienced workers ready to succeed with the correct leadership. Provide severance package after layoff

Minpunten

No room for growth based on skill or talent, based more on friendship or word to mouth. Incompetent management and lack of accountability make it a stressful working environment where it seems like you accomplish work in spite of management and not due to management. No recognition or push for employees to innovate.

In a period of transition which makes it seem more like a start up than a mature 30+ year old business; if you are not comfortable with change and hard work, likely not the place for you.

Career advancement was very limited, in my experience. Goals and actions from the C-suite are sometimes more and less aligned; this has lead to a lot of head-scratching by employees.
