Senior managers are not trust worthy and appear to be more motivated by profits at the expense of their employees. Their communications are self serving intending to deceive. They control contractors as employees and burden them with the lion’s share of the company’s’ operating expenses. They reconfigure contractor’s route by adding areas, without notice, and then holding them liable under their financial accounting system despite fervent objections of contractors. Force and/or dictate that contractors service areas immediately when they have not agreed to it, or have never serviced area before. Controlling and use coercive methods to get their way while depriving contractors of their true independence.
