Minpunten

Ridiculous vacation time (0 vacation days your first year, 5 sick days) Management is cliquey Worked there a number of years with no raise Not a lot of opportunities to move up

Pluspunten

The hours, workload, and pay were all great for a college student. My summer internship gave me plenty of experience in the office setting, ranging from marketing, construction, communication, journalism, advertising, and many other things. The company outings were frequent and there were always plenty of opportunities to network. The location and office were great and convenient.

Some of the people were great to work with.

There was no one in my position that could train me. So after my 4 weeks of training in des plains Illinois I was told I'd get 2 weeks training up in wisconsin. When I got back to work in Menasha I was told thats not the case, good luck and was on my own.
