-Very organized onboarding process. -Team mates are willing to help. Everyone is so willing to help you and hop on calls to walk you through how to do something -Your ideas are always heard. They are very open to improving any processes and encourage feedback or ideas on how to make the company better. -Great market. The audit automation space is so new and the space is continuing to grow. -Understanding- Leadership at Fieldguide is understanding and will work with you if something does happen or come up in your work day.
Minpunten
-This is not a big deal at all, but there was no swag sent out in the beginning of my onboarding like I had at my last company. Again, this is not really important in my opinion, but maybe something the company can improve on.

Thank you so much for the feedback! We actually have new hire swag on our radar and are currently in the process of ordering it, so this will definitely be implemented in the future. :)

Pluspunten
- Supportive and collaborative teams
- Remote friendly
- Great product with strong business outlook
- Well-funded
The product is genuinely strong and solves a real problem in the audit and advisory space. The people are sharp, and there's no shortage of talent or technical capability in the building. Remote flexibility is a real benefit and is handled well. For anyone energized by early-stage product and a fast-moving market, there's interesting work to be found here.
Minpunten
The core issue is leadership and direction. Strategy and priorities shift frequently enough that it's difficult to build sustained momentum, and decisions don't always reach the people executing them with enough clarity or context. I also observed dynamics that, in my experience, did not treat all employees equitably, which affected how work and influence were distributed. The combination of a strong product and uneven leadership creates a gap that falls on individual contributors to absorb.
