I feel tremendously lucky to be part of a such a friendly, compassionate and diverse group of people. Everyone is always at hand to help, to answer any questions that you might have. Managers provide constructive feedback and always seek to encourage opportunities for CPD. You are given a lot of autonomy on your work right from the get go, to challenge standard practices and encourage to come up with new methods of improving the way you conduct your work. As a new, innovative start-up, there are lots of ways for you to shape the future trajectory of the business, to be part of a fast expanding and constantly evolving organisation. Given the challenges of the past year, and the fact that we are all working from home, I have been incredibly touched by the compassion and understanding shown by everyone in the team and in particular senior managers. Everyone is looking out for each other, and checking to ensure that we are not overburdened with work or over-stressed, which is great because I know that this is not always case in many other organisations and something which makes FW a great team to be a part of.
