A solid corporate environment where it's fairly easy to guess what's expected of you. YMMV, because your daily life is strongly influenced by the people you work with directly every day.

Minpunten

Promotions seem to be at the whim of the regional manager. Get one who thinks she's still running a sorority and be prepared to need to win a popularity contest or watch less experienced, less successful candidates get promoted ahead of you. Don't fall for the lie that they prefer to hire from within and take a demotion "just to get your foot in the door", with the promise of quick promotions based on performance. It will brand you as entry-level for the rest of your career there.

FIX YOUR STAFFING ISSUES!!! You all emphasize work life balance but have us working 6 days a week. If you don’t live in OH, your career opportunities are practically nonexistent. Also- close at 5 on Fridays like a normal bank.
