I have worked with Financial Tracking for approximately two years and continue to be challenged on a daily basis. As a fast paced SaaS Company in a very competitive environment with very demanding clients, I am continuously impressed with the competency, character, and chemistry of the team members as they address day-to-day requirements. The employees are kind and helpful and will cause you very little stress. Compensation is very good. I am not interested in working in this industry for the long run but from what I can tell the company has a business model that is working very well for them.

The office is small and kind of cramped. If there is one thing the company should change it is to move into a bigger space more fitting of a company of their caliber.
