i just have a manager that is too young for the position, brings his home life to work all the time and is honestly bi polar, would never say this about anyone but its the truth, never any acknowledgement for things you do good or even great, but you are always told when you do something wrong. pay could be better as well, especially for the amount of work and stress that is put on you as a manager.
