      When I started here, there were many opportunities for growth in a large corporate environment. Unfortunately in 2008 the company decided to close national operations. As a benefit of the operational shut down, management consolidated job functions expanding the functional skills of those still employed.

      Minpunten

      Local operations are shutting down and few to no opportunities for advancement exist at this point unless relocation is an option.

      I had a very positive experience overall. If I had to identify an area for improvement, I’d say that as the company continues to grow, there are opportunities to further streamline processes and enhance cross-team communication. That said, it’s a natural part of growth, and I appreciated being part of that evolution.
