erratic bosses that tell you one thing, but want another. micro management. work is 12 hour shifts with 2 fifteen minute breaks and thirty minutes for "lunch". shifts are rotating, so you'll work days for a month and nights for the next month and rotate. Never really get a good sleep schedule or off time to get personal things done. Pay wasnt worth the job.
