Pluspunten
The majority of the people employed here are pleasant and smart. CEO is nice but intense.
Minpunten
After a few years here, these are my observations:
Compensation is just too low. You could work here for over a decade and still make less than an entry-level role elsewhere. Not trying to be dramatic, that is just objectively true.
Heavy culture of favoritism. Easy contract work given to former employees at rates significantly higher than internal salaries.
You have to wear a name tag, and uniform, despite being in a back-office role. I have never seen that before. Not really an issue I just thought it was strange.
High turnover rate. FSCU struggles to attract and retain talent. Competent employees leave once they find better options.
