I've sat in a lot of executive meetings and all I ever hear are empty promises and a lot of fluff. Instead of making sound financial decisions the CEO would rather keep things the same. He has individuals working there that do not belong but for some reason are unable to remove them for whatever reason. I've even overheard him saying he "wishes they would just retire". They've lost a tremendous amount of talent due to this and I don't see the facility ever prospering.
