      Good location downtown, hybrid, people care about what they are doing. Its also the first company I've worked at where "family first" is actually practiced. If you need to pick your kids up or stay home with a sick one you can.

      Your overall experience, workload, expectations, planning, etc heavily depends on your manager and the VP in their reporting structure as it's a fairly flat company.
