This company though came from such a small background yet is so optimistic and made its way around establishing a place in the market that they are competing with big such big brands out there and winning deals against them. As far as the company culture goes, chaos is all there though certain people are too accountable that they are managing clients and handling the work behind the curtain, but that's how it goes in every other start-up out there right ? we need to earn our bread as well as have to have a plan in place to go beyond the boundaries to provide the best customer experience. We have a set of few amazing people in the product dep, no matter how busy they are always there to help and direct you if encountered any road blocker, personally, I have never come across a situation where I am not getting enough help and motivation to keep doing what I do. There are few people in the company who are there for a very long time and think of retiring from the same place such as our CPO, RND head & his reportee which is a boon to the org coz they know the work/product in and out. Though the CEO sits out of the country yet gets pulled into a lot of internal issues just coz he finds himself accountable for being the face of the company. Overall it has been a pleasure working for a CDP product company like this where you get to have amazing opportunities to learn as well grow.

Pluspunten

This is not a place where you sit through weeks of boring shadowing. They throw you into the actual work from the start, and it’s the best way to learn. I look at my friends in other companies who are still doing training sessions or doing the same job everyday for long time, while I am actually delivering and learning

Minpunten

They keep underperformers on for months, moving them from one team to another to find a fit that just doesn't exist. It’s frustrating for the rest of us who have to pick up the slack.
When these people finally leave, they’re bitter because they didn't develop any skills. They end up trashing the company online even though the company gave them way more chances than they deserved. It's a waste of everyone's time.
