You DO NOT want to WORK for FirstKey Homes or RENT from them. The culture in the Cornelius NC office is TOXIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, EXHAUSTING, and EXCLUSIVE. The “LEADERSHIP TEAM” is WEAK, INCOMPETENT and UNTRUSTWORTHY. The HR team is a joke and doesn’t offer a safe, confidential zone. A very scary combination. Working here is depressing proved to be a very ineffective use of my time. If you are looking for a temporary job that is oversold and underpaid-as opposed to a career opportunity that will promote professional growth and a supportive, equal opportunity environment, look no further! This is a great fit for you! Otherwise, Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You’re money and skills are good anywhere, don’t sellout. The good guy doesn’t finish last!
