•There isnt any bosses or managers constantly over your shoulders watching your every move. •They pay on time (bi-weekly)

Minpunten

•Act like holidays dont exist. The company doesnt do ANYTHING for their employees. •Your sort of tossed onto a property and left to the will of the HOA board. However they treat you is irrelevent. FSR will never put an employee over possibly upsetting a board member and potentially losing the account. •100% a dead end job. There is almost no room for advancement once a maintenance supervisor. •Under paid. Compared to many other equal positions, FSR is at the mid to low level.on the pay scale •You are basically a puppet. Dont make any suggestions, dont try to improve anything. Just do what the HOA tells you to. •The company has "company policies" like most other businesses. What makes FSR special is that they will look the other way while breaking said policies if it is being asked by the HOA. Safety concern? What safety concern? (seen this 1st hand) •No Regional Maintenance department. Instead they rely on their employees to do what they do. Who cares if that changes from one property to the next. •Very few (if any) company staff events. No cross training, no employee comaradarie. I never even knew another maintenance staff on any of their hundreds of properties in my own city! •They blur the lines between subcontracting and doing everything in house. Regardless of the scope of work of your position. •Prop Managers are loaded with more responsibilities and crippled budget wise leaving them without proper staff half the time. •Family health care packages are nearly financially impossible to attain. Alot if $$$ •As long as the HOA board is happy, you will have a job. No more....no less. A great place to work while you try to find a company that actually cares about their employees

Pluspunten

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Minpunten

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

They take good care of the office people

Minpunten

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
