Getting a day off was impossible. It felt like I never got the support I needed. I was also written up for something even though I followed directions - my team manager said she would remove it but she never did. Training was insane - you’d get a new market every week-two weeks; four hours of training then you’d be thrown to the wolves.

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

Minpunten

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
