As a former employee , I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with the company. Despite my initial enthusiasm and high hopes, my time here turned out to be an unfortunate professional journey. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential job seekers and sheds light on the company's shortcomings. First and foremost, the company's management was woefully inadequate. There was a severe lack of clear direction, effective leadership, and open communication channels. Important decisions were made without proper consultation or consideration for the employees' well-being. This lack of guidance and support created a sense of confusion and demotivation among the workforce, hindering productivity and personal growth. Furthermore, the work environment at was marked by a toxic culture. There was a palpable lack of teamwork, mutual respect, and appreciation for employees' contributions. Instances of favoritism and a lack of transparency in decision-making processes further eroded morale and created a hostile atmosphere. The lack of a positive and inclusive work culture made it difficult to thrive and grow professionally within the organisation.
