Flexible, onsite, independent work environment. Holiday pay, benefits.

Minpunten

If not at corporate office you don't receive appreciation or recognition. If onsite or as caller no room to move up in company. Even if open positions for higher management they hire outside versus internally. Communication between departments is terrible! Since contract based with hospitals if contract ends you need to relocate in other openings. Don't expect large bonus at all.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
