They really want to do well. They encourage people to want to perform. They do attempt to gain more business and continue to grow the portfolio to be lucrative.
Minpunten
There is definitely a "good ol' boy" mentality. It's either you're a yes man or targeted. The expectations to meet and exceed goals are sometimes unrealistic and they find ways to play with words to make it sound as if it obtainable. They do not want to hire enough people instead they rather make employees work overtime to cover their needs. This in return is causing increased stress levels, which also reduce production. However, the expectation in performance continues to climb while workforce is being over worked.
