As an organisation, we believe in growing people from within the organization. 60 – 70% of our employees at different levels are home grown. We are sorry that you felt otherwise. We will look into this. Since you are a current team member at Firstsource, i would urge you to meet your employee engagement SPOC to discuss these concerns in person.       Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
