Good team, managers were generally pretty helpful, training was really really good

Call centre work can be really mentally exhausting, and first source was no exception, breaks were timed to the second, no flexibility with hours

We understand that it is a fast-paced environment and it can sometimes feel intense. Our Team Leaders and Mental Health First Aiders are always around to provide support as needed. Additionally, Firstsource also offers a fully funded Employee Assistance Programme, which provides access to counselling sessions. Breaks are structured around demand and parameters set by our clients, so sometimes advance planning is needed to prevent a knock-on effect with other colleagues, however, Firstsource will always look at flexibility where it’s possible.

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
