      Flexibility with hours. Decent place to start your IT career and get some Linux and data analysis experience.

      Minpunten

      Some management individuals were wonderful, however, management in general was still personally overseen by the owner and personal conflict between employees was escalated to the owner, because there wasn't an HR department. Often, each individual was left to their own devices to either put up with, or counter, the too frequent verbal attacks of the caustic long-timers.

      Great coworkers & pay is decent (Pay is average for the role if not maybe a little less than average) Nice managers! :) Flexible Shifts

      Minpunten

      Barley any growth opportunities AT ALL! Benefits are awful, you will get PTO and some health but that all. I wish this company had a growth mindset and invest in their current employees. YOU'RE just a number at this company get the task done and go home. Your paycheck will be average if not a little less compared to another company.

      Owner is nice, internal staff is 'ok', no policy hardly

      Minpunten

      No growth at all, no growth. You come in, do your job and head home. That's all. They won't care what you have to say as long as the client is still paying. You could say a dead end job unless you leave the company, if you end up staying, you'll be paid about 20% behind market value.
