There are career opportunities around every corner. Too easy to ponder if the grass is greener elsewhere. There is so much to do, and only so many hours in a day. Everything takes soooooooooooo long. Employee efficiency is needing some improvement. Up until this point, the company enjoyed big margins and a relatively stable client base.
