Company pays to get all those annual badges for the Most Admired Company, do not fall in that propaganda. This company claims to be a leader in innovation but it only innovates with merging, it acquires other companies to increase its product portfolio. Innovation here is almost impossible, not only is highly burocratic but also mined with many teams that want to intervine in your team's effort making impossible to continue, it is like trying to walk thru quicksands. Responsabilities are sdded and added but no extra compensation
