Minpunten
This company likes to have projects. This means its more important to get it done and move onto the next project. Juggling the new project, and maintenance is making the teams less effective. There is a lack of desire investing in the companies products (i.e. there is no desire to make improvements to the core system). The current system is bloated and often has issues. There is a lot of time spent to catch the issues, resolving them takes up a lot of time resources. The technology team is overwhelmed with work. Promises are made that cannot be kept. There is a lack of career progression or any mentoring. People's goals have to fit into the business which does not allow for much exploration into new areas that could be beneficial to the company. There is no RRSP matching and no desire for it. The benefits are not that great compared to other companies in the industry.
