It teaches you a lot about different cultures, different people. - Almost flat heirarchy - New ideas are always appreciated - It is easy to switch between teams or change roles. Company also provided necessary training if required. - Friday evenings at the bar gives a good excuse to socialize. - Good work-life balance. - Salary is above average but bonus is really nice

Very small company with flat hierarchy so you can do your own projects

Very non-systematic trading shop; most traders have little quantitative experience out of fast mental math, so it always underperforms competitors leading to extremely low salaries resulting in only poor quality traders and people stuck on visas reaching seniority
