Obvious that favoritism plays a big role—some people get promoted or protected no matter how they perform, while others who actually do the work get overlooked or micromanaged.

At Flowbox, we continuously work to strengthen how performance, growth, and development decisions are made. We have implemented a performance framework supported by a market benchmarking tool, which provides tech salary bands to ensure a consistent and comparable structure across roles. This framework is directly linked to an updated performance review process, now reinforced with clearer criteria, structured processes, and review committees to support fairness and consistency. In addition, we have introduced a People Manager role with a regular 1:1 listening program across the organization, to ensure employees are heard and supported on an ongoing basis. :)

Pluspunten

A rapidly evolving company in a young and international environment. It’s very enjoyable to share and grow hand in hand with all the departments in the Barcelona office. It often feels more like a group of friends having fun working on a common project. With the acquisition of the new company, we now have even more opportunities, and the platform is constantly evolving. This is enriching for all teams, as it allows us to continually develop our skills in our respective fields.

Bedankt voor het delen van je ervaring. We zijn erg blij te horen dat je het team, de internationale omgeving en de leermogelijkheden waardeert. De eer gaat echt naar de mensen die Flowbox elke dag maken tot wat het is. We weten dat er als organisatie nog ruimte is voor verbetering, en daarom hebben we onlangs ons People & HR-team versterkt om de werknemerservaring verder te verbeteren. In lijn met deze inzet hebben we in januari ook onze salarisherziening doorgevoerd, als onderdeel van onze voortdurende inspanningen om in onze mensen te investeren.
