1. Being a product based company it's quiet comfortable as long as your work is done you get to see a really good incentive and perks.

Minpunten

Process is still a con as there have been changes done to them and this makes the employee very uncomfortable to work at times.

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
