Fun tech stacks. Lots of work available. Its easy to make friends and unfortunately most people dislike the company culture. Its got a good location and is OK with languages.

Minpunten

Really bad culture. Pretty much any mistake or difficulty and your pay gets deducted. Terrible contract rules. Like 4 days pay removed if you take Friday and Monday off. Required to work Saturdays so often. The hardest part is that the culture forces people to not talk about difficulties. So it never gets better. Ceo is toxic. Treats people like garbage.
