Pluspunten
There are NO pros to working here. The only pro was it being remote, because you could save money from transportation. Now, they have mandated everybody returns to the office, 5 days a week, with no transport allowance, so no reason to keep work here.
Minpunten
There's a lot. A whole lot.
- No more remote. Fulltime in office, 8am - 6pm effective July 1st.
- Poor pay. I mean dirt poor. Senior engineers do not get up to N1m monthly. I kid you not.
- WFH allowance is only N10k despite several townhalls for it to be revisited.
- You get promoted in title yes, but not in responsibility and working with new technology. It's same work, new title.
- The only cost of living adjustment they did was 5% gross annual salary increase, as opposed to what you would see on social media.
