Having to quit to get rewarded is a ridiculous way to manage employees. Massive responsibility with inexperience; supporting large number of clients when unqualified; managing copious amounts of work while meeting time constraints High expectations for very little to absolutely no reward or acknowledgment Culty and cliquey Not unheard of for employees to have multiple roles at FlyForm; Consultancy, Development, Business Analysis, Administration, Service Desk, team-leading, across multiple devices and users.
