They pay decently but soon you'll realize it wasn't worth it.

1) They only hire young folks who can work for late hours, which builds pressure on the others who don't wanna work for 10 to 12 hours each day 2) The upper management has never seen good startups so don't know how to manage a company. They're just people who abuse their reputation. 3) They think only about their product and not about the employees 4) They want you to know everything about drones but if you tell them their code is full of **** .. They don't wanna listen to it or work on that 5) They keep themselves understaffed and expect employees to fix everything .

That means decisions sometimes evolve fast, and yes, sometimes mistakes are made and corrected just as fast. * On product vs. people: We care deeply about both. But we’re building deep-tech, not lifestyle software. That means the product is central—because it’s what earns customer trust, drives global adoption, and ultimately creates the space for people to grow with it. If the product isn’t world-class, everything else collapses. Other than getting overworked, there are no pros

1. They have a bunch of people in their upper management who don't really respect your time and disregard it 2. It has a toxic work culture, there is a lot of blame game that goes on most of the times. Its sad that they don't really look at the positive part most of the times 3. They keep impossible to achieve deadlines which then makes you work until late night 4. They don't really let you live your life outside work. It is believed that mostly everything should revolve around work. 5. Lastly, its mentally traumatizing to work there. And its because of the work culture

We are sorry that you did not enjoy being a part of our team. As a team building global products and challenging the status quo, we are an intense workplace and have a very high bar in terms of pushing ourselves, learning fast and creating a better version of ourselves every single day. This is super-exciting for some people who love to discover something new everyday, and push their limits to build strength. At the same time, some others (who chose to compare it with large/slow orgs) find this fast pace to be unreasonable. FlytBase is not a place for everyone. Think of it like going to the gym - it is painful for some, but super-fun for others. While some people are "excited" to go to the gym everyday, others find that experience "painful" and "exhausting". It is still the same gym. However, people would describe their experience very differently, based on their personal choices/preferences. We wish you the best and hope that you were able to find an ideal place for yourself.
