Lead generation is 100% your responsibility. Doesn't matter if you had a VP role in a Fortune 500 company prior to this, if you don't figure out how to get to and talk to a small/medium business owner, you're toast. You need to learn this very quickly.
Most successful coaches are also good consultants, but this is a hard transition for a Sr Mgr who got better at leading than doing... here you do everything.
